Dr. Salim Receives Condolence Note from Benjamin Mkapa
This handwritten note was sent by Benjamin Mkapa, then Minister for Foreign Affairs of Tanzania, together with his wife Anna Mkapa, expressing condolences to Dr. Salim and his family following the passing of Dr. Salim’s father in January 1988.
