On December 30, 1982 Dr. Salim was gave a lecture on Tanzania and the Policies of the Great Powers to senior commanders of the Tanzania People's Defense Force (TPDF). Topics covered include defining who the great powers are; a snapshot of the international system - from the Cold War to Multipolar World; and Tanzania's relations with these great powers.
