Dr. Salim flew in to in Dublin, Ireland from New York to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Southern African Development Coordination Conference (SADCC). It was an invitation and request by the SADCC High Commissioners based in London to be the Guest Speaker at the special seminar in cooperation with the Government of Ireland. The event was held at the Royal Irish Academy.
