Guyana Receives Its First High Commissioner from Tanzania

On December 28, 1970 Dr. Salim presented his credentials as the first High Commissioner of Tanzania to Guyana. He President it to President Arthur Chung (the first President of Guyana) at the Guyana House. 

Not all the notes that are archived are typed. In fact most of the notes that Dr. Salim wrote were handwritten and later typed by his team of dedicated staff and colleagues.
